Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about 1 tablespoon)
