Carrot Juice with Fennel and Celery
The licorice flavor of fresh fennel makes this carrot juice recipe seem like dessert (ok, so maybe I'm exaggerating a tiny bit, but it's very tasty).
Ingredients
- 2 carrots, unpeeled
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1/2 cup chopped fennel bulb
Instructions
- Wash produce well. Feed into juicer, and discard pulp.
- Yield: 2 servings (serving size: 8 ounces or 1 cup)
