Hi Kristen,

I justed wanted to tell you how much I love the simplicity of your recipes. I work both a FT & PT job and often when I get home, there is no energy left to prepare a meal. But, so many of your recipes are quick and simple that I can take a minute and prepare something for myself that will nourish me. Thank you & I’m looking forward to starting the season of Lent & Prayer with you.
