Banana Pops
Simple. Healthy. Delicious. Banana Pops are great anytime of the year, but they're especially refreshing on a hot, summer day. Kids of all ages ─ from 2 to 92 ─ will love this frozen treat. These pops are fun to make, fun to eat, and completely Daniel Fast friendly. Enjoy!

- 8 wooden popsicle sticks

Is Gluten-Free Maseca allowed on Daniel’s Fast? I am trying to make chips for dips.
Hi, Susan. Whole grain flours are allowed, so as long as maseca is whole grain, you can have it! Check the label to be sure. It shouldn’t have any other type of flour listed in the ingredients.
Can I use soy sauce to stir fry my vegetables also can I make sweet potato fries if I do it I. The oven with just olive oil n black pepper or salt?
Yes, many people use soy sauce on the fast. An alternative is Bragg’s Liquid Aminos, which is a soy-sauce alternative. Thanks for your question!
